Our History

H-Technical Services, Inc. (H-Tech) a Pittsburgh Pennsylvania based Technical Staffing firm was founded by Frank J. Paolicelli in 1983.

Alternative Staffing, Inc. a Pittsburgh Pennsylvania based General Staffing firm was founded by Victor W. Paolicelli in 1994.

In January of 2004 the two companies were merged into one with Alternative Staffing becoming the surviving company and H-Tech as its' Technical Division.
